Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro), washed and chopped
- 1 small green chili (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Juice of ½ lime or lemon
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for smoother texture)
- A splash of water (to blend)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. Add a bit of water if needed to adjust the consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime as needed.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
